The all new Fiat Tipo is an award winner, scooping the AUTOBEST 2016 award for ‘Best Buy car of Europe in 2016’. AUTOBEST is the largest independent automobile jury in Europe so this is a fantastic achievement for a car which has only just gone on sale.
However, it’s not hard to see why the new Fiat Tipo has scooped this prestigious award - this car is a real game changer for Fiat. Available in three grades: EASY, EASY PLUS and LOUNGE. The specification levels on the Tipo Hatchback come with many great features as standard:
*Subject to status to over 18s. Indemnities may be required. Terms and conditions apply.
You’ll even have enough space for all the luggage thanks to nine handy compartments in the cabin and a class leading 440 litres of boot space.

The new Fiat Tipo gives you complete peace of mind thanks to a whole host of safety features. You’ll get lots of airbags and adaptive cruise control which keeps you at a safe distance from the vehicle in front.
Below is a list of all the intelligent safety features you'll find on the Fiat Tipo hatchback:
Not only does the Tipo hatchback offer great variation in terms of specifications and grades but there are also a wide range of engine choices available.
There are three petrol engines on offer. The first is the 1.4-litre which produces 95bhp. There is also another 1.4-litre T-Jet engine available with more power (120bhp). The largest petrol engine is a 1.6-litre E-Torq 110bhp engine which comes with an automatic transmission.
Petrol isn't for everyone so if it's diesel power you prefer then there are two engines available to choose from. A 1.3-litre MultiJet with 95bhp and a larger 1.6-litre MultiJet which produces a very healthy 120bhp. This larger 1.6-litre engine is also available in DCT transmission (automatic).
The pick of the bunch out of the petrol engines has to be the 1.4-litre T-Jet 120bhp which goes from 0-62mph in just 9.6 seconds and onto a top speed of 124mph. Our favorite diesel engine has to be the 1.6-litre MultiJet 120bhp engine which goes from 0-62mph in just 9.8 seconds but also does a staggering 76.3mpg.
