There are five engines to choose from. First up we have the new 1.2 litre turbo which produces 115bhp and has a combined cycle of 51.4mpg. This new engine offers excellent fuel economy without compromising on performance. The second petrol option is the slightly larger 1.33 litre which has a 0-62mmph sprint time of 13.2 seconds. There are two diesel engines on offer, firstly the 1.4 litre which produces 90bhp and boasts 68.9mpg as well as 106g/km CO2 emissions. Then there is the larger, more powerful 1.6 litre. This engine has a little more power, kicking out 112bhp. This extra power doesn’t mean fuel efficiency is sacrificed as it gives 65.7mpg on the combine cycle and produces just 108g/km CO2 emissions. Finally we have the ultra-efficient 1.8 litre Hybrid unit which produces just 81g/km CO2 emissions and 70.6mpg.
