Following the Government announcement regarding the temporary measures which have been introduced because of the new COVID-19 Omicron variant, we wanted to update you on the measures that we will have in place to help keep you safe when you visit.
These changes take place from Tuesday 30th November across all of our dealerships.
We will also continue with our extra safety measures:
✓ Social distancing
Social distancing of 1 metre will continue to be observed and where necessary screens on desks will remain in place.
✓ Test drives
We are offering unaccompanied test drives*. All of our vehicles will be fully sanitised before and after the test drive.
✓ Face coverings
Our staff will continue to face coverings. We kindly encourage customers to wear a face covering whilst visiting our showrooms.
✓ Hand sanitiser
Sanitising hand gel is available for you to use during your visit.
✓ Cleaning surfaces
We'll thoroughly clean all surfaces and vehicles between every use.
✓ Doors and pathways
Our doors, pathways and one-way systems are kept clear to avoid unnecessary contact.
Our showrooms are fully open to customers who wish to test drive, browse and enquire.
We are still here remotely. You may not need to visit our showroom at all. We are still here to help and to offer you a digital sales experience from the comfort of your own home. Simply get in touch with our knowledgeable team and we will do our very best to help via telephone, email or video call.
We will still continue with our Click & Collect service and with our option to reserve a vehicle online/ telephone with a refundable £100 deposit.
*For insurance purposes we will require your driving license, secondary ID and your national insurance number.
Service, Parts and Accident Repair/ Bodyshop
Our aftersales departments remain open as usual for servicing, MOT and Repairs/ Bodyshop.
When your vehicle is with us or if you are collecting a part you can wait in our reception waiting areas that have been rearranged with social distancing measures.
Our Vehicle Technicians will continue to wear PPE such as: masks, gloves, seat covers and steering wheel covers when your vehicle is being assessed and/ or worked on. All touch points on your vehicle and the keys will be sanitised as well.
