We now have a vacancy for a Service Advisor at our successful Toyota Rotherham site. This role will involve providing customers with high quality service and advice for their car servicing and repair needs. It will also involve the sale of value added items such as service plans and extended warranties. The role will involve working to meet sales and customer service standards both in person and on the telephone.
You will be a friendly, outgoing person with a dedication to complete customer satisfaction. You'll enjoy working in a team and target focused environment, while also being equally comfortable with meeting new people or handling telephone calls. You will be able to work as part of a team while also having the ability to self motivate. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to organise and prioritise your time effectively. Most importantly, you will have the desire to succeed both individually and as part of a winning team.
Please note this position is part time doing 16 hours per week + a 1 in 4 Saturday as overtime.
