We are looking for a Local Business Specialist to join our team at our Toyota dealership in Sheffield on Penistone Road.
What are the day to day duties?
This role is a sales-based role and will focus on the Toyota LCV market and particularly within our local market area. At all times the requirements of FCA regulations must be adhered to, placing the customer at the heart of our business. Responsibilities will include working with local businesses closely to provide full after care services, manage full online diary system and sell to customers how they want to buy.
What experience do you need?
You will have good quality sales experience, preferably from within a dealership environment. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction.
What qualifications or skills do you need?
You will be a friendly, outgoing person with a dedication to customer service. You will be able to demonstrate high performance and high standards of compliance. You will enjoy working in a team and a target focused environment with a keen eye for detail and be able to complete tasks efficiently and right the first time. You will have strong organisation and administrative skills, being able to prioritise multiple tasks when needed.
You will be an effective communicator with strong IT skills and being able to provide timely and accurate information.
