We now have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and an ambitious candidate to join our Toyota Doncaster team as a Customer Consultant. You main duties are: assisting with general showroom activities and assisting your colleagues, welcoming and greeting customers in the showroom and ensuring that their experience is second to none. You will qualify the desires and wishes of the customer and guide them in the right direction identifying their needs and interests. Assist the customer with understanding car technology and how to get the best performance. You will also need to get involved with all activities that raise the profile of our Centre such as those in the community promoting the brand and attracting new customers.
You will be a friendly and organised person who enjoys meeting different people every day. You will be well presented with good communication skills. You will also have strong computer skills and will be able to embrace training from either a computer or a classroom experience. You will have good quality sales experience, preferably from within a dealership environment. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction. All applicants should have a full driving licence, valid in the UK with no more than 6pts and no disqualifications in the last 5 years.
