We now have vacancies for Customer Relations Executives to join our successful customer contact centre at Toyota Doncaster. Working as part of a close knit team, these roles involve handling both inbound and outbound contact calls with the key aim of creating added aftersales bookings. This role will also involve providing customers with high quality service and advice for their car servicing and repair needs, meeting both Burrows and manufacturer standards. It will furthermore involve the sale of value added items such as service plans and extended warranties.
You will be a friendly, outgoing person with a dedication to complete customer satisfaction. You'll enjoy working in a team and target focused environment. Excellent phone handling and computer skills are essential. You will be an excellent planner and have the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure that customer service standards are always met. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to organise and prioritise your time effectively. Most importantly, you will have the desire to succeed both individually and as part of a winning team. Working to meet customer needs, you will be flexible with both start and finish times and will be able to fit with a team rota.
We will also consider flexible working hours if required.
