About this role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within our expanding administration team at our group Business Centre. Main tasks will include:

  • Ensuring key operational activity planners are managed and maintained
  • Quoting customers/ brokers at their specific manufacturer terms
  • Provide ETAs on cars at dealer stock level and manufacturer depot stock
  • Maintaining customer systems and providing weekly progress reports for quotes, sales and deliveries
  • Driving Service Level agreements forward for key accounts
  • Other administration duties including; ordering, purchasing vehicles into stock and invoicing new deliveries
  • Progress chasing cars and reporting to manager weekly
  • Provide customers/brokers weekly updates
  • Provide in stock information upon arrival of car
  • Quality check car
  • Arrange vehicle delivery to end user
  • Online business pricing on relevant websites- all brands
  • Finance compliance training
  • Data Cleansing
  • Facilitate social media offers, weekly offers to brokers promoting ‘offer of the week’

About you

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile person who has a good eye for detail and the ability to interpret data. Ideally, candidates will have advanced level MS Excel skills.

You must have a proven track record in administration and be able to demonstrate a high standard in organisation, prioritisation, and accuracy. You will be highly flexible with a can-do approach to customer needs, and will act as an integral part of the Centre drive towards complete customer satisfaction. You will have a high proficiency in Microsoft computer packages such as excel and outlook.
