Working in a very busy team, this role involves dealing directly with customers on a day to day basis. You will often need to multi-task and prioritise in order to meet customer needs, while also being able to present a confident and knowledgeable appearance to the customer at all times. The purpose is to provide parts to internal and external customers though various sales channels, while ensuring individual and business objectives are achieved and company stocking policies are adhered too. The role will involve providing customers with high quality service and advice for the parts both in person and over the telephone. Once the parts order has been placed, the role will then require the effective picking and dispatch of the goods.
Please note that this position does not involve working on vehicles.
As a Burrows apprentice, you will be employed full-time for the duration of your apprenticeship. You will be working as part of the team, which will give you the chance to learn and develop skills as well as gaining the all-important work experience.
