Sales Administrator

The role.

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Sheffield.

What are the day to day duties?

As Sales Administrator you will be an integral part of the Centre team. Reporting to the management team, you will be responsible for effective administration of all sales orders while ensuring that standards for timeliness and accuracy are achieved. You will ensure that vehicle orders are accurately processed and provide detailed and up to date information to the sales department on order progress. You will also ensure vehicle taxation and cash handling procedures are adhered to, providing support to the central accounts team. You will ensure that Centre deal packs are correctly completed and filed for future reference.

What experience do you need?

Previous sales administration experience would be preferably but not essential. You will have a high proficiency in general computer packages such as Outlook and Excel.

What qualifications or skills do you need?

Have gained experience of working in a fast paced administration role where accuracy, organisation and prioritisation have been key.
