We are looking for a Showroom Host to join our team at our Toyota dealership in Sheffield on Penistone Road.
What are the day to day duties?
This role focuses on the meeting and greeting of visitors to our Centre, ensuring that the first impression is the best impression. The role ensures that our customers feel welcome and valued by building rapport with visitors and being aware of their on-going needs throughout their visit with us. Hosts are the constant face of the brand and act as a key point of liaison for both the Sales and Aftersales teams.
Requirements for the role include: attention to detail, warmth and rapport with people and a genuine passion for giving the best possible impression. There will also be a requirement to work closely with our sales and aftersales departments, ensuring that customer needs are effectively passed on where needed. The Showroom Host is also responsible to maintaining standards of presentation and cleanliness in the customer facing areas (customer lounges etc).
What experience do you need?
You may have experience in retail customer services, or possibly hotel and/or catering. However, additional training will also be provided.
What qualifications or skills do you need?
You will be a friendly, outgoing person with a dedication to customer service. You will be house-proud and will want to maintain high standards, while also welcoming all visitors to the Centre. You will be passionate about providing our customers with the best possible experience during their visit.
