The role.
We are looking for a Floor Manager to join our team at our Mint Cars dealership in Sheffield near Rother Valley.
What are the day to day duties?
This role will involve being responsible for the day to day management of the sales transaction process and the drive for customer satisfaction and the provision of effective support for the Sales Manager. This support will include the maintenance of display standards and the achievement of standards. This role fulfils a function within the company processes for meeting FCA requirements for the mediation of insurance and consumer credit products.
What experience do you need?
You will have a demonstrable track record in car and F&I Sales.
What qualifications or skills do you need?
You will be a caring, friendly and motivated with a dedication to customer service. You will enjoy working in a friendly, professional environment where people are listened to. You will also have an excellent rapport and building skills.
