Trainee Service Advisor - Toyota Doncaster
We are looking for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our team at our Toyota dealership in Doncaster on Wheatley Hall Road. This role will be ideal for a school or college leaver.

What are the day to day duties?
- Greet customers, addressing their vehicle service needs and concerns
- Develop an understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
- Support the service team in identifying opportunities for upselling additional services, parts or products that meet the customers' needs
- Accurately input details into the management system
- Work closely with Vehicle Technicians, the parts department and other team members to ensure a seamless service experience for the customer
- Assist in following up with customers after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction
The successful candidate will receive full training and the opportunity to work with one of the most dynamic and exciting brands.
You will have:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills
