Transaction Manager

The role.

We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our team at our Mint Cars used car dealership in Sheffield on Rother Valley Way.

What are the day to day duties?

As a Transaction Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Day to day management of the sales transaction process.
• Drive for customer satisfaction and the achievement of profitability.
• Offer effective support to the sales Manager.
• Achieve brand target and company standards
• Ability to maintain high standards for administration and compliance.

What experience do you need?

You will have a demonstrable track record in car and F&I Sales.

What qualifications or skills do you need?

• To be part of our team, you’ll need to care about our business, our customers, our brand, and your colleagues.
• You’ll want to develop to career and will be committed to ongoing training and development.
• Strong IT skills required
• Attention to detail.
• You’ll have a full driving licence, valid in the UK with no more than 6 penalty points.
• You’ll also have no disqualifications from driving during the last 5 years.
• To meet FCA requirements for financial suitability.
