Mission Christmas is on the road across South Yorkshire with the help of Burrows.

We are, once again, providing Hallam FM with a Proace, to aid in collecting presents that have been gifted by individuals and businesses across South Yorkshire. Mission Christmas is such a worthwhile campaign, helping families and welfare organisations, bring joy to children on Christmas Day.

“Burrows Motor Company have been involved in Mission Christmas for the past few years now, as we provide the van to assist in the collection of presents donated across the region. This year, more than ever before, it feels so important for individuals and businesses to support this amazing charity. We know that more families are struggling to make ends meet and no one should want these families’ children to not receive presents from Santa. Our mission at Burrows is to encourage our teams across the sites in Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Worksop and York to donate as many presents as possible and we are also asking our customers to drop in presents to the collection boxes located at all our sites. Let’s make Christmas 2022 a memorable one for these deserving children.” Steve Burrows, Managing Director at Burrows Motor Company.

Last week Steve had the pleasure of handing over the keys to the van to the one and only Big John at Breakfast and Lee Fletcher, Charity Fundraising Executive at Hallam FM.

But our support doesn’t end there! We are encouraging team members where possible to donate gifts and there are collection boxes at our Toyota sites in Barnsley and Sheffield and our Mazda site in Sheffield. If you wish to contribute a gift, then just pop a present into one of our collection sites.
