Inspiring Automotive women's day 2022 | Yorkshire

The aim of the club is to increase diversity and female representation in the automotive and related technology sectors, by informing young people about our inclusive cultures and the huge variety of jobs we have available and inspiring them to consider an automotive career.

In November, Burrows took part in the club's inspiring Automotive women's day which saw Adele Pinder, HR Manager and Maddie Lee, Apprentice Service Advisor at Toyota Sheffield speak to year 8 girls at Brinsworth Academy in Rotherham.

They shared their stories with the students about their experiences and careers as women in the automotive industry, the students also took part in engaging activities.
