Burrows Kia Barnsley is starting the year with celebrations, having won a Kia 2021 Customer Experience Award at the Kia Dealer Excellence Awards.
The award celebrates excellent customer experience and service throughout 2021, with sales, online Reputation score and quick responses to customer queries all taken into account. The award was announced at the Kia UK National Dealer Conference 2022.
David Hart, Customer Experience Manager at Kia UK Limited said: “2021 was a challenging year of extremes, but one element that remained constant throughout was the quality of customer experience offered by our dealer partners. We're extremely proud of all our dealer partners, including Burrows Kia Barnsley, for making 2021 a success. As a brand, Kia puts customer care, support and service at the forefront of the business. This award presented to Burrows Kia Barnsley goes to show how much we continue to invest and develop the Kia customer experience. We're excited to see what 2022 brings.”
Accepting the award, Adam Southwell (Sales Manager) and Liz Cherry (Service Manager) at Burrows Kia Barnsley, commented: “It’s fair to say that 2021 had its ups and downs, but whatever happened we always put our customers front and centre of the business. Also welcoming 2022 is the launch of the all-new Sportage – the most popular Kia model – which is already on sale and available for the first time with hybrid and plug-in hybrid power. The Sportage will arrive in the Burrows Kia Barnsley showroom in February.
