This has a forward sensing camera that detects speed limits and no entry signs which are then projected on the windscreen via the colour Active Driving Display. Sport Nav models only.
No need to dim your headlights when another vehicle approaches. All-new Mazda CX-5’s Adaptive LED Headlights* do this automatically, but still give you excellent visibility, even on the darkest of roads. Part of the optional Safety Pack on Sport Nav Diesel models.
Stop and Go (MRCC) allows you to set the car’s speed and maintain it without using the accelerator pedal. For the purpose of safety, resuming driving from a standing start is under the control of the driver. (Optional on 175ps Sport Nav Auto Diesel with Safety Pack).
This alerts you if a vehicle enters your blind spot via an audible warning alarm and flashing door mirror indicators. (Part of an optional Safety Pack for Sport Nav Diesel models).
If the system detects a risk of collision, it pre-fills the brakes so they respond instantly if you apply them. If you don’t apply your brakes, this car safety feature makes an emergency stop when necessary.
Activated once you put your all-new Mazda CX-5 in reverse, the system alerts you of any vehicles approaching your rearward path, when backing out of a parking space, for example. (Part of an optional Safety Pack for Sport Nav Diesel models).
