COVID-19 Update


Important Customer Notice

On Tuesday 24th March we temporarily closed all of our Burrows dealerships across South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and York for the safety of our customers and employees. We are now able to reopen our Aftersales departments BY APPOINTMENT ONLY for routine service, MOT and repairs at all sites. At this time we would ask that for safety you contact us by telephone to make an appointment. You can find all our details here.



Trade Parts

At this time we are open for collection of parts and to protect your safety, and that of our teams, we have implemented safe social distancing procedures for all Parts collections. When you visit our Showroom to collect parts we would ask that you contact us to arrange an appointment in advance, so we can have your parts ready to minimise the length of your wait. All collections are from the side of the building, there is no need to enter the showroom. We ask that all payments are electronic, via credit or debit card, or bank transfer, to avoid the handling of cash.

From 18th May 2020 you will be able to book for your trade parts to be delivered from both Sheffield and Doncaster sites.
