The First Electric Mazda

Mazda MX-30

Introducing the Mazda MX-30, the first electric vehicle (EV) by Mazda that was revealed at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show.

Just like every other Mazda, the Mazda MX-30 provides a natural and responsive driving feel by accelerating, turning and braking exactly as you intend in everyday driving situations. The design of the new Mazda EV echoes of the other members of the Mazda SUV family, including the All-New CX-30. Creating a big difference to the rest, the MX-30 has reverse-hinged rear doors that featured on the RX-8 sports car.

Mazda have continued their design focus of "less is more" when it comes to the exterior and interior of their cars. Inside, a range of eco-friendly materials have been introduced and the much-real leather has been replaced with a vegan alternative.

The Mazda MX-30 will arrive in the UK in 2021.
