All of our showrooms in South Yorkshire, Worksop and York are open for all of your motoring needs. Please be aware all customers must now wear a face covering before entering our showrooms.
The safety of our customers and team members is our absolute top priority. That is why we have introduced certain measures to help protect your safety when you visit us. These strict measures are in place in every dealership and workshop to ensure the safety of everyone there, both staff and customers.
Below are the steps we are taking to increase customer safety during your visit to us:
You will see sanitisation stations in all of our dealerships, we kindly ask you to use this. Gloves will also be available if you wish to use them. You will then be guided through a one-way system through the showroom where strict 2m distancing rules will apply.
This applies to both our customers and team members.
Once in the showroom we kindly ask you to remain a safe 2-metre distance from other customers and our team members. To ensure this is adhered to we have placed clear markings on the floor to help you with this.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All our team members have been issued Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which includes gloves and face masks. All team members gloves will be sanitised regularly and especially after each customer interaction. Disposable gloves will also be made available for all our customers but feel free to wear your own should you wish.
Should you make an enquiry on one of our quality used cars or new cars, one of our Customer Consultants will send you a video of the car in question. These videos will show both the interior and exterior of the vehicle in great detail. Upon completion of the video, the vehicle will be sanitised and will remain locked until the time of the customer appointment.
Hygiene and Sanitisation
All our showrooms are cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis. In addition to this, before every customer showroom visit our Sales areas will be cleaned and sanitised including desks and chairs. All surfaces will also be cleaned, disinfected and sanitised regularly.
With regards to taking payments, we will no longer be accepting cash payments from our customers. All payments will need to be contactless, via bank transfer or telephone payment where possible. If a contactless payment is made the machine will be sanitised before and after every use.
