The Toyota GT86 Blue Edition comes with a whole host of great features - some you wouldn't expect to find on a thoroughbred sports car. Check some of these features out below:
The Toyota GT86 is a car designed and built for pure driving pleasure. The bold exterior styling isn’t just for show - it’s designed to be extremely aerodynamic. The distinctive 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights and sleek rear bumper all help contribute to the Toyota GT86’s sporty look.
Getting behind the wheel of the Toyota GT86 is a special experience. Once you put the GT86 through its paces you’ll soon realise that it is a special sports car. The lightweight construction, rear-wheel drive, low centre of gravity and sharp handing all help make the Toyota GT86 the best in its class.
The Toyota GT86 is powered by a 2.0-litre petrol boxer engine and is available with either a 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox. The 2.0-litre engine produces 200bhp which propels the GT86 from 0-62mph in 7.6 seconds and will go onto a top speed of 140mph. The GT86 is also surprisingly economical for a sports car, achieving up to 33.2mpg and produces emissions from 196k/gm.
The GT86 is available with seven colour choices. These are Pure Red, Black, Magnetite Grey, Ice Silver, Starlight Blue, White Pearl and Electric Blue (only available on the GT86 Club Series: Blue Edition model).
It’s particularly important for sports car to be well equipped when it comes to safety and the Toyota GT86 certainly has you covered there. Some of the many safety features you’ll find on the Toyota GT86 include Brake Assist (BA), Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS) with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), ill-start Assist Control (HAC), Tyre Pressure Warning System (TPWS), high performance front & rear ventilated discs and seven Supplement Restraint System (SRS) airbags.
