Business as usual at Burrows

Following the Government announcement on Saturday 31st October regarding the new lockdown which will commence on Thursday 5th November we wanted to take the opportunity to update you, our customers, on our opening.

Service, Parts and Accident Repair/ Bodyshop

From Thursday 5th November our Aftersales departments including: Service, Parts and Accident Repair/ Bodyshop will operate as normal. Please be assured we are continuing to operate in a COVID secure manner which includes: one way systems, sanitization stations, masks and screens, cashless payments and of course all vehicles are being fully sanitised after any contact.

Any customers wishing to visit our Aftersales departments will need to make an appointment so we can manage the number of persons on site at any one time and therefore maintain the Government recommended two metre rule. To make a booking you can contact us via telephone, by email or online at


Whilst we are unable to accept visitors to our vehicle showrooms from 5th November, we will be operating a Click & Collect and home delivery service - we are still available remotely to talk to you via telephone or video call and meet your needs almost as well as if you were here with us. Customers can still collect a car, or van, that has been purchased either online or via telephone directly from our dealerships, however the handover will need to done outside and given the current weather we would recommend you bring a coat.

All vehicle handovers will take place from our designated exterior handover area and of course as you would expect we will adhere to full social distancing practices. Home delivery option is also available depending on your location again in a COVID secure fashion.
