We are looking for a Customer Consultant to join our team at our Toyota dealership in Sheffield on Penistone Road.
What are the day to day duties?
Working as part of a close knit team, you will be responsible for advising customers about the great range of models, ensuring that only the highest levels of service are provided. You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process, from the initial meet and greet through to the sale and vehicle handover. The successful candidate will receive full training and the opportunity to work with one of the most dynamic and exciting brands.
What experience do you need?
You will have good quality sales experience, preferably from within a dealership environment. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction.
What qualifications or skills do you need?
You will be a friendly and organised person who enjoys meeting different people every day. You will be well presented with good communication skills. You will also have strong computer skills and will be able to embrace training from either a computer or a classroom experience. All applicants should have a full driving licence, valid in the UK with no disqualifications.
