We now have a fantastic opportunity for friendly and ambitious individual to join our Sheffield team as Customer Consultant. Working as part of a close knit team, you will be responsible for advising customers about the great range of Toyota models, ensuring that only the highest levels of service are provided. You will be also be responsible for advising customers about financial products and services in accordance with company standards, including PCPs, insurance, G3 and service plans. You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process, from the initial meet and greet through to the sale and vehicle handover. You will then be expected to develop a database of repeat customers. The successful candidate will receive full Toyota training and the opportunity to work with one of the most dynamic and exciting brands.
You will be a friendly and organised person who enjoys meeting different people every day. You will be well presented with good communication skills. You will also have strong computer skills and will be able to embrace training from either a computer or a classroom experience. You will have good quality sales experience, preferably from within a dealership environment. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction. All applicants should have a full driving license, valid in the UK with no more than 6pts and no disqualifications in the last 5 years.
