Mazda Quiet Hour

Across our Mazda dealerships in Sheffield and York we are delighted to introduce a weekly 'Quiet Hour' from 4pm until 5pm every Wednesday for customers with hidden disabilities.

We are committed to ensuring that everybody has an enjoyable shopping experience when they visit our showrooms. To help make a calming space for those who struggle with busy or loud environments we will:

• Minimise background noise from our radio and tv
• Reduce our showroom lights
• Provide training to our colleagues to support customers with hidden disabilities
• Create a quiet space designated to customers who require
