Whilst you will be working with parts for motor vehicles previous knowledge of vehicle / parts is not essential as full training will be given
Working in a very busy team, this role involves dealing directly with customers on a day to day basis. You will often need to multi-task and prioritise in order to meet customer needs, while also being able to present a confident and knowledgeable appearance to the customer always.
The purpose is to provide parts to internal and external customers through various sales channels, while ensuring individual and business objectives are achieved and company stocking policies are adhered too.
The role will involve providing customers with high quality service and advice for parts both in person and over the telephone through our workshop trade and internet departments.
We will also consider flexible hours if they are required!
